RVING ... CREATING MEMORIES FOR A LIFETIME

About
The Radio Show, Web site
& The People Behind them

Peter Thompson, the voice of The RV Minute radio show. Peter Thompson is the host of the RV Minute radio program. Peter and his wife Penny love to travel all over the world. His passions outside the radio studio include flying (he has a commercial license), boater (he's owned almost every type of boat and can often be seen floating around the Great Lakes), and of course RVing and camping all over North America in his conversion. As a career broadcaster, you'll not only hear Peter on the RV Minute, but his voice is part of the sound of many radio stations throughout America, Canada and many other countries. Visit Peter's website.

Chuck and Anita of The RV Minute radio show. The RV Minute Radio Program is produced by, and most of the programs are written by Chuck Camroux. Chuck is an avid RVer and retired broadcaster. After spending a career as a broadcaster, CEO and station owner, Chuck decided that he didn't want to just stop working. So the combined passion for the RV lifestyle and broadcasting created the RV Minute national, daily, radio program. When not writing, you can usually find Anita and I on the road somewhere between Cabo San Lucas and Alaska, or photographing the Utah arches, or maybe enjoying the winter sun around Naples. In the summer, we spend time in the Northeast from Maine, New Hampshire, the Canadian Maritime provinces and of course our home base of Niagara Falls.

We'd love to hear from you. Feel free to  .

And what is its path, relative to how the site is oriented? You may want to avoid a site where the sun will be beating down on your patio area, just when you want to be out enjoying the late afternoon and evening. RVing is a great way for families to vacation and even in times of higher fuel prices, a family of four traveling by RV can spend 26 to 74 percent less over other modes of travel. And there’s no substitute for the great family memories that come from vacationing in an RV." [quote from RVIA President Richard Coon]
Wondering how sales of RV's are? More RVs were shipped in the first nine months of 2006 than in the first three quarters of any year since 1974.
Growth rates in the RV marketplace are likely to continue in the long-term and projections show the number of RV owning households will rise to 8.2 percent by 2010.
